In our workshop we have six traceable test rigs and offer world class aftersales care and calibration and testing for

We endeavour to test, calibrate, certify and despatch equipment to any location worldwide within one working day of receipt.

All rigs are tested annually by a UKAS laboratory, and are detailed below:

2,000kg dead weight lever rig
5,000kg hydraulic tension rig
5,000kg hydraulic compressive rig
20,000 kg hydraulic compressive rig
20,000 kg dead weight lever rig
100,000 kg dead weight lever rig
In addition we have a range of certified dead weights and loadcells for testing.

We can also proof test loadcells at time of calibration (tested to 2 x SWL)

Straightpoint also calibrate and certify most other manufacturers products such as Dillon, Tractel, Eilon, Red Rooster and Yale, please contact our service department for more information.
